This ripe Pinot Gris has the typical fruit characters of ripe pears that are common from Delatite’s fruit but also with a slight edge of grassiness and citrus in the background and some floral notes. The palate is full and round with a hint of residual sweetness and a long finish. Enjoy with seafood with a hint of spice, salt and pepper squid is a great example.
