Orange or Amber wines (in this case more like a Rose) are wines made from white grape varieties that have been fermented by wild yeast on their skins for a period of time. This is a completely natural wine. As such, wines of this type will tend to have a slight haze and is likely to throw a crust of harmless crystals.

This wine has a nose that is reminiscent of Red berries, beeswax and honey with orange blossom aromatics. The pallet is filling, with watermelon lightly caramelised sugar and rose blossom. The wine also has a texture of light phenolics (from its time on skins) and finishes off clean and dry with a long finish of honey and red berry coming through.
